Job Description
Company: - Ricoh USA
Position: Senior On-Site Service Specialist
Location: 4500 Main St Kansas City MO 64111
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Contract: 3 months Temp-to-Perm
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Key Details:
- Business casual dress code (tennis shoes are okay).
- Reliable transportation is required (no driving duties).
- No COVID requirements.
- Free parking provided.
- Mailroom and dock services including sorting opening scanning and delivering mail/packages.
- Role involves extensive standing walking and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Mail delivery to 20 floors across 3 towers twice daily (AM/PM).
- Good customer service and communication skills required.
- Prior mailroom experience is a plus (but not necessary)
