Job Description

Job Title: Clinical Social Worker
Location: Kealakekua HI 96750
Contract duration: 13 Weeks (with the possibility of extension)
Shift: Days likely some evenings and weekends possible.
Guanteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Requirements:

LCSW
BLS/CPR
2 years of experience

Description: Licensed Social worker to assist with psychosocial aspects of acute care. May also assist with ED and OB social service needs.
