OBGYN/Gynecology | Permanent Role

Location: Pflugerville TX 78660
Shift: Full-time days 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Compensation: Based on experience

• Provide routine and preventive womens health services including well-woman exams family planning and contraceptive counseling.
• Manage prenatal intrapartum and postpartum care for obstetric patients.
• Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions including menstrual disorders pelvic pain infertility and menopausal concerns.
• Perform gynecologic surgeries (e.g. hysterectomy laparoscopy cystectomy) as indicated.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners physician assistants midwives and other health professionals to provide coordinated care.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle practices and preventive health measures.
• Maintain accurate timely and complete documentation in the medical record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives peer review and continuing medical education activities.
• Adhere to evidence-based practice standards and hospital policies.
• Participate in an equitable call rotation.

• Doctorate Degree in Medicine (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited OBGYN residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas
• Current DEA registration
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
