Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist patients with mobility and transfers utilizing proper lifting techniques to ensure safety.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
• Support patients in therapeutic activities and engage them in social interactions to enhance their quality of life.
• Document patient care activities accurately using eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in training programs and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills related to patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Nursing Assistant training program preferred.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is highly desirable.
• Experience in assisted living urgent care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Familiarity with aseptic techniques and basic medical procedures.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent patient service.
• Ability to lift patients safely and assist them with mobility as needed.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to healthcare regulations.
