Job Description
Job Title: Cloud Engineer
Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid 2 3 days onsite/week)
Type: Contract
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to support the design deployment and maintenance of hybrid cloud infrastructure using AWS and Azure. This role requires experience in cloud migration networking systems administration and infrastructure automation. Candidates must be local to Atlanta and available for hybrid onsite work (2 3 days/week).
Key Responsibilities:-
Design and manage hybrid cloud environments (AWS & Azure).

Plan and execute on-prem to cloud migrations.

Perform systems administration across Windows Linux and databases (SQL Server Oracle Aurora).

Configure LAN/WAN firewalls route tables DNS and ACLs.

Automate provisioning and management using PowerShell Bash or Python.

Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline integration and infrastructure compliance.

Ensure infrastructure security availability and performance.

Apply ITIL and DevOps practices in daily operations.

Work with AD integration DR planning and third-party software/hardware setup.

Communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.

3 years of hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud architecture & migration

Strong knowledge of networking and enterprise IT infrastructure

Proficient in scripting (PowerShell Bash or Python)

Familiarity with ITIL DevOps and security best practices
