Job Description
We are Max and Moritz from Berlin building Another to make social media feel social again. People stopped sharing small moments and only post polished highlights. On Another you upload a photo add a short selfie video that tells the story and share it with a list you define like Lads from home. You choose if a post opens once stays for a day or lives in your profile indefinitely. The result is a friends-only video feed without brain-rot content just people you care about. A feel-good social app.
Current snapshot: week-4 retention 5 percent and about 180 weekly active users. Users are mostly outside our close circle by design to keep feedback clean. Marketing is limited to two Instagram posts per week.
Team: two founders plus a senior developer in Prague a product design engineer and a GTM lead in Berlin preparing a launch at two universities in October.
Tasks
We are hiring a founding senior developer who can either grow into CTO so Moritz can focus on product or take on challenging larger projects as a senior individual contributor. We love working from our office in Berlin but are open to remote for the right person. We have comfortable runway and can offer above-average compensation for our stage.
Requirements
5 years building and shipping mobile apps with strong ownership across architecture performance and security ideally with Flutter or React Native plus solid backend fundamentals with Firebase or a modern cloud stack. You have startup DNA write clean pragmatic code move from idea to shipped in days communicate clearly and are comfortable leading projects or growing into CTO.
