Data Integration Systems Analyst (Solutions Architect-w2 only
Location: McLean VA (100% Onsite Monday Friday)
Assignment Type: 6-Month Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data across multiple divisions to identify gaps inconsistencies and lineage issues
- Document metadata data flows source-to-target mappings and system inventories
- Conduct data profiling and perform root cause analysis on data quality issues
- Support the development of data models and integration architectures
- Collaborate with data stewards and system owners to understand business processes
- Define and document standards for data enrichment harmonization and governance
- Contribute to data strategy documentation and roadmap planning
- Partner across key internal teams including Third-Party Business MDM and I&CM BTO for delivery support
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in data analysis data governance and systems analysis
- Proficiency in SQL (complex queries across relational and non-relational systems)
- Strong working knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Snowflake AWS or equivalent
- Understanding of data modeling ETL processes and API integration
- Experience with MDM metadata management and data quality frameworks
- Proven ability to document:
- Business processes
- Gap analyses
- Technical requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with tools like Informatica for metadata and MDM governance
- Adaptability to dynamic environments with evolving priorities and project scopes
- Exposure to enterprise-level risk or compliance data programs
