Purchasing & Supply Chain Coordinator - $70000 to $80000
Location: Langley BC
A well-established North American manufacturer is seeking a Purchasing and Supply Chain Coordinator to join its Langley BC facility. The successful candidate will be a highly organized detail-driven professional ready to contribute to a fast-paced production and logistics environment.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager the successful candidate will manage inbound/outbound logistics coordinate warehouse operations and support purchasing and inventory processes across multiple locations. This role requires strong multitasking ability excellent communication and a proactive analytical mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily shipping/receiving activities

Prepare customs documentation and BOLs for domestic and cross-border shipments

Manage carrier bookings freight claims and vendor returns

Oversee warehouse space optimization and performance metrics

Support ERP data entry and internal audits

Participate in cost-reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives
What We re Looking For:
-
Minimum Grade 12 education; post-secondary in supply chain/logistics preferred

2 years of experience in a manufacturing or logistics setting

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Ability to lead priorities solve problems and improve processes
