Your Mission: Social Worker - Adult Behavioral Health
Picture yourself as the guiding light for adults with serious mental illness providing comprehensive psycho-social assessments treatment planning therapy community-based support and advocacy. As part of our dedicated ACT team you will collaborate with community providers to ensure the efficient operation of our program adhering to ACT fidelity standards.
