Job Title: Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead
Location: Lawrenceville GA (Onsite Only Locals or Nearby Candidates)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Functional Analyst/Subject Matter Expert for new Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
- Conduct Gap Analysis design solutions and translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Lead workshops with stakeholders and prepare functional specifications for reports extensions integrations and workflows (RICEW).
- Design and drive data conversion strategies and supervise development of customizations.
- Configure financial modules and provide functional demonstrations to business users.
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful deployment and production readiness.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for IT plans configurations solutions and project milestones.
Required Skills:
- Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management
- Procurement
- Purchasing
- Expenses
- Collections
- Experience supporting accounting functions in Oracle ERP.
- Proficient in medium to large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP solution implementations.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Oracle Fusion Financials Certification (Functional Track) is a strong plus.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP support implementation and upgrades.
- Must have led at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementation as a Functional Lead.
- Experience working in or with public sector clients is preferred.
