About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our Client IT Services company in Pune. This role will work closely with business leaders managers and advisors to align people strategies with organizational goals HR operations Recruitment and selection.
In this role candidate will oversee key HR operational processes and lead full-cycle recruitment to ensure smooth HR workflows and deliver top talent to meet business demands.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
End-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles
Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements
Manage job postings candidate sourcing screening and interviews
Design and execute smooth onboarding processes to improve early engagement
Manage campus recruitment activities as and when required.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned with start-up culture
Organize team-building activities and regular feedback loops
Foster a transparent and inclusive work environment
HR Policies & Compliance
Develop and implement HR policies in line with industry best practices.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF ESIC Gratuity etc.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Performance Management
Work closely with leadership to set support performance management process.
Ensure employee communication support continuous feedback and performance discussions.
HR Operations & Systems
Manage HRIS for accuracy and usage
Leverage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage applications track candidate progress and importantly build and maintain an internal database of resumes.
Handle payroll inputs leave management and attendance tracking
Administer employee health benefits programs process enrolments changes and terminations and maintaining records.
Coordinate and manage company vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications & Qualities
Bachelors or Masters in HR Business Administration or related field.
6 years in HR including Recruitment experience in IT Service company.
Experience in start-up or fast paced environments
Proactive hands on and solution oriented.
Tech -savvy with working knowledge of HR tools
Hands on experience in job portals like Naukri Indeed LinkedIn & other social networking sites.
Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management and database building.
Strong knowledge of HR Operations Talent Acquisition and HR systems.
Excellent stakeholder management communication and problem-solving skills.
Good to have an experience in using Zoho People or Zoho Recruit.
Strong organization and analytical skills.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook Word Excel).
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Prior experience working in an IT services company is a huge plus.
