We are seeking a seasoned professional with over six years of experience in enterprise workforce management platforms specializing in both technical development and functional configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or contribute to the deployment and customization of advanced workforce management solutions including recent platform versions released in 2022 and 2023.
Demonstrate deep understanding of core scheduling and time-tracking modules such as:
Time and attendance tracking
Labor forecasting and schedule optimization
Shift fairness and fixed scheduling
Event-based scheduling and time-off workflows
Peer-to-peer shift exchanges and cross-department staffing
Employee availability tracking and labor budgeting
Design and develop custom reports system interfaces and integrations with other enterprise applications.
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing customizations to inform requirements gathering and future-state planning.
Define and document test scenarios and cases aligned with client expectations; manage test data creation and validation cycles.
Support full lifecycle implementations and upgrades from requirements through go-live and post-deployment support.
Full-time
