Customer Support Representative
Remote hire location: Philippines
Hours of work: FT - Mo - Fr 10 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time
Salary: 1000 - 1200 USD
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to handle customer inquiries and assist with delivery times refunds and general order-related questions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high volumes of customer emails and a background in e-commerce or apparel brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to 200-400 emails per week primarily addressing lead time inquiries.
- Assist customers with order tracking refunds and general support requests.
- Utilize customer support tools such as Gorgias Shopify and Skubana (training available if needed).
- Provide professional and empathetic responses to ensure positive customer experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support preferably in e-commerce.
- Familiarity with clothing or fashion brands is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries efficiently.
