Job Description
Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Remote (Preference for Philippines based candidates but open to global talent)
Working Hours: 9 AM 5 PM Pacific Time (Eastern Time also an option)
About the Client
A US-based medical and cosmetic dermatology company
Key Responsibilities

Design a wide variety of visual assets including:

Social media graphics (primarily Instagram)

Email marketing visuals
-
Print materials (brochures flyers)
-
Product packaging
-
-
Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all visuals

Use to manage tasks and collaborate with your team

Work closely with your manager and peer designer to meet project deadlines
Requirements
Were seeking someone with a strong background in graphic design and a proven ability to deliver high-quality work.

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator is essential (we do not primarily use Photoshop).

A robust portfolio showcasing a strong sense of aesthetic and good taste in design is paramount. We dont necessarily care what specific products youve worked on in the past or if you have beauty experience. However if youve worked on expensive or luxury products or your portfolio demonstrates a sophisticated premium-looking aesthetic that would be highly beneficial. We can teach specific applications but taste is much harder to teach.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently within a team environment.

Strong time management abilities capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines for projects.

A problem-solving mindset able to think on your feet and adapt to challenges.

A receptive team player who is open to feedback and criticism with a desire to grow and learn.

Experience with or similar task management platforms is a plus.
