Job Description

Post Admin Executive
Location Kandivali East

Job Responsibilities:

1. Office Supplies Management:
o Oversee and manage all office supplies including the ordering restocking and inventory management.
o Ensure timely replenishment of office materials to avoid shortages.

2. Asset Management:
o Maintain List of All Office AssetsIssue asset as per requirement
o Issue Asset as Per Requirement
o Monitor the usage of the issued asset including its condition usage period and return date.
o Monitor return and reallocation of existing asset

3. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs):
o Handle all AMC-related activities for office equipment and services.
o Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely and efficient maintenance.

4. Vendor Coordination:
o Liaise with vendors to negotiate prices and terms for office supplies and services.
o Evaluate vendor performance and manage relationships to ensure service quality.

5. Event Planning and Coordination:
o Plan organize and coordinate office events meetings and conferences.
o Handle logistics including venue selection catering and equipment arrangements.

6. Travel Arrangements:
o Book travel arrangements for staff members traveling on business trips.
o Ensure travel itineraries are managed efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.

7. Register Maintenance:
o Maintain and update the employee outward register and guest inward register.
o Keep accurate records of all courier inward and outward activities.

8. Office Cleanliness:
o Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office environment.
o Coordinate with cleaning staff to maintain a professional and organized workspace.

9. Recruitment Assistance:
o Assist the HR department in the recruitment process.
o Coordinate interviews manage candidate communications and support onboarding activities.

Required Qualification and Skills:
Bachelors in any stream
Min 3 years of experience handling Admin job
Computer literate with good operating knowledge of MS Office
Should be proficient in written and spoken English
Well-mannered and polite in terms of spoken and behaviour
Multi tasker
Quick learner
