Video Production/Video Editor
The Video Production/Video Editor plays a pivotal role in creating compelling content that resonates with audiences and elevates the brand s narrative. This position is essential for any organization wanting to utilize video as a primary medium for communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking footage into an engaging final product by implementing an effective editorial vision. This role requires a blend of creative design skills and technical proficiency to craft videos that serve the company s marketing training or entertainment objectives. The Video Editor will collaborate with various teams to conceptualize scripts define project timelines and ensure the final output aligns with the brand s messaging. Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw video footage into a polished final product.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging scripts.
- Implement graphics text overlays and other visual elements.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with sound engineers to mix audio for clarity.
- Color correct footage to enhance overall visual appeal.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new editing techniques.
- Provide input on project outlines and video content strategies.
- Create motion graphics and animations as needed.
- Review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to finalize edits.
- Prepare finished video files for various distribution channels.

- Assist in the planning and execution of video shoots.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Film Production Media Arts or a related field.
- Proven experience as a video editor or in a similar role.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques.
- Strong understanding of storytelling and pacing in video.
- Experience with audio editing and sound mixing.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts.
- Familiarity with social media best practices for video content.
- Experience in color grading techniques is a plus.
