Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate reliable Home Health Aides to provide essential in-home care services to clients across Rochester. You will play a key role in supporting daily living activities maintaining client safety and promoting independence.

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care including bathing dressing grooming and toileting

Support mobility needs such as transferring and repositioning

Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation

Prepare meals and ensure nutritional guidelines are followed

Perform light housekeeping (laundry dishes general tidying)

Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior

Follow care plans and document daily activities and observations

Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance

Qualifications:

Current New York State HHA certification required

High school diploma or GED preferred

1 year of home care or healthcare experience preferred

CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Reliable transportation; valid drivers license preferred

Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with physical tasks as needed
