Location: Memphis TN(try for local then nearby states)
Work Type: Remote (Approx. 90% with limited onsite client visits)
Job Type: Contract (6 Months with potential extension)
Rate: $80/hour on w2

Job Description:
The client is undergoing a comprehensive Oracle Fusion transformation aimed at re-engineering people processes and technology within its Finance function. The transformation spans across multiple modules and functional areas including ERP and EPM with a focus on improving sourcing procurement accounts payable accounting FP&A and financial reporting. This role supports the successful delivery of that program through strategic project leadership and cross-functional coordination.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Oracle Fusion transformation initiatives across ERP and EPM functional areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships between Finance and key stakeholders including the implementation partner COO HR IT and business units
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans
- Identify and manage risks ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Track progress and provide detailed management reporting
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and status updates
Required Skills:
- Proven project management experience in an Oracle Fusion implementation or transformation environment
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Expertise in project planning tracking risk mitigation and communication strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
- Background in managing finance-related digital transformation programs
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with large-scale ERP/EPM initiatives beyond Oracle Fusion
- Experience in financial services healthcare or enterprise environments undergoing major technology transformation
- PMP or related certification
