Job Description

Job Title: Senior HRIT Analyst ADP
Location: Chicago IL (Local preferred; strong non-locals will be considered)
Work Type: Hybrid
Job Type: Contract (6 Months)
Rate: $40/hour on W2

Notes:

  • ADP Enterprise (preferably V6) experience is a must
  • Former Hyatt employees strongly preferred
  • Immediate need submit profiles quickly
  • Strong customer service orientation and confidentiality required

Job Description:
Hyatt is seeking a Senior HRIT Analyst to support the Global HR Technology team focusing on systems like ADP Cornerstone and Fieldglass. This role will support day-to-day system operations and play a key part in ongoing system transformation initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide production support and application maintenance
  • Review system updates/releases and communicate changes to relevant teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to system performance or access
  • Configure systems and develop/supplement scripts as needed
  • Document processes and maintain end-user training materials
  • Conduct system audits to ensure compliance and assist with audit activities
  • Handle large data imports and maintain user access accounts
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and automation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and support downstream system needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years experience with ADP Enterprise (preferably Version 6)
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Effective communication (written and verbal)
  • Able to work independently and within a team

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in Human Resources or Payroll functions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUPs etc.) and Office Suite
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar case tracking tools
  • Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand SAP or other SaaS HR solutions
