Job Description:
Hyatt is seeking a Senior HRIT Analyst to support the Global HR Technology team focusing on systems like ADP Cornerstone and Fieldglass. This role will support day-to-day system operations and play a key part in ongoing system transformation initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide production support and application maintenance
- Review system updates/releases and communicate changes to relevant teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to system performance or access
- Configure systems and develop/supplement scripts as needed
- Document processes and maintain end-user training materials
- Conduct system audits to ensure compliance and assist with audit activities
- Handle large data imports and maintain user access accounts
- Recommend and implement process improvements and automation
- Collaborate cross-functionally and support downstream system needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years experience with ADP Enterprise (preferably Version 6)
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Effective communication (written and verbal)
- Able to work independently and within a team
Preferred Skills:
- Background in Human Resources or Payroll functions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUPs etc.) and Office Suite
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar case tracking tools
- Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand SAP or other SaaS HR solutions
