* Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide product information troubleshoot issues and offer solutions to customer concerns.
* Process orders returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
* Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
* Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies.
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
* Assist with other tasks as assigned.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain patient and professional when dealing with difficult customers.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
* Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software quickly.
* Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
