At Les Lunes the IT Support Specialist is essential to keeping our team connected secure and productive. You wont just fix issues youll build and improve the systems that power our daily work. About the Team
At Les Lunes youll work closely with our hands-on HR and Office Management team who are dedicated to creating a smooth and supportive employee experience. Together youll ensure that new hires are set up for success and that day-to-day operations run efficiently in a collaborative people-first environment.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Set up IT access and devices for new hires and ensure proper offboarding in collaboration with HR and Office Management.
First-Line IT Support
Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day IT issues. Provide hands-on support for hardware software and network troubleshooting.
Tool & SaaS Administration
Manage company tools like Google Workspace Slack Airtable and Asana including user accounts permissions and integrations.
Hardware & Network Management
Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment (e.g. laptops Wi-Fi printers meeting room tech) and manage hardware inventory and lifecycle.
Security & Compliance
Ensure device security run phishing training and support efforts in data protection and access control.
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify ways to simplify IT workflows through automation and help implement new tools to boost team productivity.
