Job Description
JustPlay is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our engagement product domain for our loyalty platform driving player excitement by maximizing their engagement boosting long term retention and fostering live-ops across our scaled platform. Tasks
- Shape and execute our engagement strategy to increase retention and delight across our gaming ecosystem
- Help define and execute the LiveOps strategies for our platform
- Drive product growth by leveraging gamification behavioral science and habit-forming mechanics
- Identify opportunities to improve key retention and engagement metrics while optimizing LTV
- Design and run A/B tests and experiments to validate product hypotheses and inform decisions
- Use user feedback and behavioral data to iterate and enhance product features
- Collaborate with marketing analytics and development teams to align events with campaigns and deliver exceptional player experiences
- Stay ahead of industry trends to keep our product innovative and competitive
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in driving product retention and engagement in the mobile industry preferably in mobile games loyalty platforms and other B2C apps.
- Data-driven mindset with experience designing impactful product engagement strategies
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent English communication skills for clear idea articulation and cross-team collaboration
