We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Qualifier to join our recruitment sales team. This role is pivotal in converting leads into qualified business opportunities and nurturing long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Qualify both inbound and outbound leads turning them into potential business opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Understand client hiring needs and recommend appropriate recruitment solutions
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
- Proposal & Contracting: Draft customized proposals and support contract negotiations
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date lead and client data in CRM systems; generate regular reports.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Align with marketing and delivery teams to support campaigns and execution
- Follow-ups: Perform timely follow-ups to ensure lead nurturing and maximize conversion
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/staffing sales.
Strong communication persuasion and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated success in lead conversion and pipeline management.
Proficient in using CRM tools and maintaining sales tracking systems.
High energy self-motivated and performance-focused attitude.
Bonus Points
Experience working in B2B recruitment or staffing firms.
Familiarity with ATS platforms or HR Tech solutions.
Understanding of global recruitment practices is an added advantag
