LinkedIn is seeking an Acquisition Sales Director to join our Global Small Business and Acquisition (GSA) organization for our Talent Solutions business. This is a second line leader role leading our San Francisco based new business Account Executive team of 5 managers and approx. 40 individual contributors spanning SMB MM and ENT. The primary focus will be leading and developing both managers and reps as well as collaborating with cross functionals and peer Acquisition Directors to drive new business acquisition dollars and logos.

The pay range for this role is $305000 to $465000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
