Job Description
Signal Tru Brand is seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for clients visitors and internal staff. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment possesses strong communication skills and understands the importance of exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor
Manage all incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Coordinate scheduling of meetings appointments and conference rooms
Maintain front desk security and ensure the reception area is presentable
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Support administrative tasks including document preparation filing and data entry
Assist with company events and internal communications as needed
Maintain inventory of office supplies and liaise with vendors
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
12 years of experience in a front desk administrative or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Professional appearance and behavior
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a dynamic setting
