Were looking for a highly experienced and solution-oriented Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team. For years our department has worked closely with our development teams jointly owning our top-tier services. These services are built exclusively on Open Source technologies like Debian Linux FreeRADIUS MariaDB and Kamailio. We pride ourselves on maintaining smooth operations for our highly available VoIP and Radius systems serving over 4 million customers.
Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the smooth operation and continued excellence of our high-availability VoIP and Radius systems
- Debug complex Unix infrastructure high-performance and HA systems
- Troubleshoot network issues with a strong focus on TCP/IP and UDP
- Manage and optimize virtualized environments using Proxmox
- Contribute to the automation of our infrastructure using Puppet Python and Bash
- Participate in on-call rotations.
Qualifications :
- 8-10 years of experience working with complex Linux systems
- Exceptional debugging skills within Unix infrastructure high-performance and High Availability (HA) systems
- Excellent knowledge of HA clusters
- Strong understanding of network debugging (TCP/IP UDP)
- Very good knowledge of Proxmox and virtualization environments
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Proficiency with Puppet for automation along with Python and Bash scripting.
- Nice to have: experience with data center migration projects and cloud transformation.
