What Youll Do:
As a Volvo Service Advisor youll deliver exceptional customer care while coordinating service needs. Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers warmly and discussing their vehicle service needs.
- Preparing accurate repair orders and clearly explaining recommended services.
- Acting as the liaison between customers and technicians ensuring timely communication and updates.
- Managing appointment schedules to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Promoting available services and building strong long-term customer relationships.
What You Bring to the Table:
Were looking for skilled customer-focused individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will have:
- Prior experience in a service advisor role or customer service (automotive experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
