DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:
On-Call Personal Trainer will provide high-quality wellness and fitness services to guests on an as-needed basis creating a luxury experience. On-Call Personal Trainer will work in multiple locations at the Caesars property including Fitness Center Qua Baths & Spa Pool Cabana and in Villas. This on call role is a fast-paced environment responding to guest requests and providing customized fitness programs based on individual needs and preferences.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide a variety of fitness services including but not limited to in body analysis fitness assessments teaching fitness classes or wellness services such as post recovery services in fitness center the spa facility guest room or villa poolside or outdoor pool cabana.
- Customize fitness session to suit individual guest needs preferences and any specific requests or contraindications.
- Follow fitness service protocols and as per the spas standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all services treatments products and promotions to recommend appropriate services to guests.
- Ensure the comfort safety and relaxation of guests throughout their treatment.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
- Conduct pre-treatment consultations with guests to understand their needs preferences and any special concerns regarding health conditions or allergies.
- Provide recommendations for post fitness session home-care products to enhance wellness benefits.
- Communicate with guests during personal training session to ensure their comfort and satisfaction adjusting exercises or style of training as necessary.
- Respond to guest feedback promptly and professionally ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness including the sanitization of gym equipment before and after each use.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and industry best practices during all service interactions.
- Conduct wellness classes as per class schedule.
- Promote and stay up to date on the spas product offerings including skincare massage oils and wellness products.
- Ensure fitness center studio are clean organized and well-stocked with all necessary supplies and equipment.
- Report any equipment or supply shortages to the Lead or Spa Assistant Manager for timely replenishment.
- Work effectively with other spa team members including receptionists supervisors and management to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team environment.
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure that guest preferences allergies or special needs are shared and respected during treatment.
- Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive enthusiastic helpful and professional attitude with all guests and team members.
- Initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner.
- Attend all mandatory trainings scheduled as per training calendar.
- Attend all mandatory meetings town halls and briefings as set out by the department or hotel.
- Complete all fitness services listed on service menu to the highest standards and follow a five-star luxury sequence of service.
- Use equipment and products provided by the Spa department and treat all items with value and respect.
- Complete billing and POS in a professional and transparent manner.
- Adhere to the department operational SOPs including balancing books enhancement upselling product usage measuring and use and tips policies.
- Handle guest requests or questions with the upmost professionalism.
- Follow all grooming and uniform standards as set out by Spa department.
- Report any guest incidents for example: allergic reactions injury sickness bruising or general health issues.
- Report any hazards damaged or broken equipment to Lead provider.
- Support the operations with flexible scheduling and flexible room allocation.
ON-CALL AVALIBILITY:
- Available for shifts 7 days a week within operating hours
- Have flexibility to work during evenings weekends and holidays based on demand.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Nationally Certified as a Personal Trainer
- Must hold and maintain active Personal Trainer license in state of Nevada.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Fitness Coach Personal trainer or Group Class instructor.
- Additional certifications in specialized treatments (e.g. Aqua Aerobics Pilates Reformer Strength coach ) are a plus.
- Must be detail oriented friendly outgoing and have excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English for writing reading and conversational purposes.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Must have a passion for Wellness industry.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Position including shifts on weekends evenings and holidays as needed.
- Work in a fitness and spa environment that may involve exposure to heat steam oils and fragrances.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as massaging bending and lifting.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure customer-focused environment.
- Ability to work outdoors and in extreme heat temperatures.
- Ability to set up carry and move portable gym equipment and linen.
