Fitzgerald Auto Malls is looking for the ideal candidate to manage and take service operations to the next level! You would be responsible for a busy service department with loyal customer base. If you are an experienced Service Manager who enjoys coaching holding your staff accountable and seeing profits increase in return - this role is for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assesses present and future needs trends problems and profit opportunities of the service department.
- Establishes short and long term operating and financial objectives for the service department within the Companys overall plans and policies.
- Ensures that approved policies and objectives are clearly understood and effectively applied within the dealership
- Select coach lead train and supervise management staff
- Reviews and appraises the results of the activities within the department and takes appropriate action as necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of proven Automotive Service success
- Time Management and organizational skills are a MUST
- Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize
- Willingness to adapt to current dealer processes
- Ability to coach and mentor staff
