Job Description

Salary:
$21.47/hourly
Summary:
The Point/Middle Operator is responsible for packing finished product on skids performing quality checks banding installing side boards stretch wrapping and moving finished product to assigned area for shipping.
Essential Functions:
- Lifting 5 50 pounds repetitively.
- Standing demands of up to 9 hours per day.
- Ability to read tape measure calipers.
- Bending at the waist.
- Forklift operations training provided.
- Banding product on skids.
- Pneumatic gun operation (nail/stapple).
- Filling out required paperwork.
- Informing glue operator of product defects.
- Occasionally tying bales when baler is full.
- Wearing all proper PPE and following all safety regulations/procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Qualifications :
Education:
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Experience:
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
