Job Description
The Entry Level Business Management Trainee will follow the Management Development Program in order to gain an overall understanding of the industry our business and the operations functions of the firm.
This dynamic entry level role will initially be responsible for learning the key components of our product knowledge business and communications techniques and cross train with all team members.
As the individual gains experience and expertise in the role he or she would be expected to increase personal impact on the assigned campaign.
The main purpose of the Management Development Program is to prepare an entry level individual to potentially take on a lead role in location management upon completion in the first year. All entry level Business Management Trainees are leaders trainers and customer service specialists.
What a typical day will look like:
- Train in how to present product presentation to potential customers and integrate customer outreach into overall brand initiative goals
- Ensure positive customer experience and manage all facets of events that contribute to that goal
- Achieve individual sales and business development goals through consistent coaching and training
- Uphold company standards and compliance practices
- Evaluate customer traffic and conversion rates and proactively problem solve with your team
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous leadership roles: campus community or sports
- Experience or exposure to customer service sales or business management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
