You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPlan direct & coordinate the operations & administration of a franchise restaurant overseeing multiple departments including kitchen team members & shift leaders. Coordinate activities of kitchen team members involved with food preparation & ensure the maintenance of a lean production environment to reduce waste increase quality & maintain operational efficiencies. Perform personnel functions such as executing the lean thaw lean prep & lean chicken entrees assessments to evaluate team members. Manage inventory to ensure effectiveness & sustainability of operations by maintaining transfer logs & weekly & monthly counts & input.
Minimum Education and work experience requirements:
Require Bachelors degree in Operations Management Hospitality Management Business Administration or its equivalent & 2 years of work experience in business & personnel management.
