What you will do
PGIM Fixed Income is seeking a highly experienced and strategicPrincipalto support the buildout and execution of ourResidential Mortgage Whole Loan (RML)investment platform. This individual will play a key role in developing infrastructure managing transactions and ensuring operational excellence across the residential mortgage loan lifecycle.
What you can expect
Spearhead the buildout of PGIM FIs residential whole loan investing capabilities. Architect a robust and repeatable investment process by working with key stakeholders across Prudential.
Infrastructure: Setup legal structure to hold loans. Onboard and integrate new service providers: custodians servicers data providers and accounting systems among others.
Transaction Management: Provide transactional support for RML investments including MLPA negotiations TPR and DD oversight.
Reporting and Data: Ensure proper data delivery (including analytics) to downstream stakeholders.
Collaborate with the private asset-based finance team to provide transactional support (while new resources arrive) and assist with residential mortgage transactions.
What you will bring
Bachelors degree in finance business administration or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset-based finance with a strong track record of leadership and operational management. Experience in residential whole loan buildout and private ABF opportunities is highly desirable.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proven ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
