Core Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive in the Service Drive and direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor or department for further assistance.
- Address any customer concerns or complaints and escalate to management when necessary.
- Maintain a neat and organized Service Drive area ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Friendly and approachable with a team-player attitude.
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
The Service Department is open 7AM to 6PM Monday Friday and 7AM to 5PM on Saturdays. We are looking for flexible candidates who are able to work various shifts during the departments business hours including Saturdays. This role requires walking and standing for extended periods.
