This position will be responsible for the management of all functional areas of the outlets business including: food and service operation operations (inclusive of Back of House and Front of House) marketing sales finance human resources administration maintenance and repair. The GM must have the ability to effectively interact and communicate with guests and team members. The GM must also act as a leader in the development and motivation of the team members while creating an environment that encourages ownership and accountability.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
These skills and abilities are typically acquired through a Bachelors Degree in Business Management or Hospitality and at least 5 years of experience in a Food and Beverage leadership role or an equivalent combination of training education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses Certifications Testing etc.):
Possession of and ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers and gaming license within assigned state of employment and other jurisdictions
Must successfully pass background check
Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening
Must be 21 years of age
