Job Description

In the last few years the Group Procurement has placed the digital transformation in its top priorities aiming to support the internal teams from sourcing to selling and to ease the entire procurement process of our Accor hotels and non-Accor partners. The key objective of this role will be to support the local procurement teams on multiple digital tools. Your main goal would be to help improving the adoption of the procurement tools deployed by the Global Digital Procurement team in the hubs.

Reporting to the Digital Transformation Team you will benefit from an in-depth understanding of the Procurement activities and the digital roadmap. You will be working in an international context with multiple stakeholders.

 

What you will be doing:

In support of each digital transformation managers you will be required to:

  • Create digital content on different platforms:
    • Marketing content on P2P platform
    • Newsletters and content updates on the Astore institutional website including the development of new sections in collaboration with other teams. 
  • Monitor platform KPIs using analysis tools (traffic analysis satisfaction monitoring).
  • Support the creation of reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics and improvement strategies to stakeholders.
  • Participate in functional testing in collaboration with digital transformation managers.
  • Analysing digital trends and providing feedback to digital transformation team.

Qualifications :

  • Education level: Master / MBA / Bac 4/5
  • Field of study: Digital communication / Digital project management
  • Language: Fluent in English and French. Most of deliverables will be in English.

 

Profile and Skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Canva is a plus 
  • Technology savvy with a willingness and the curiosity to understand BI tools/processes
  • A keen interest in teamwork
  • Ability to work on several projects in parallel and prioritise tasks
  • Strict adherence to schedules and quality of deliverables


Additional Information :

Depending on profile Accor internal salary matrix

50% of commute fees Lunch allowance (Tickets Restaurants)
