Are you passionate about forging impactful partnerships and shaping commercial strategies Join our multicultural ASTORE team as a Business Development Manager for Accors Procurement Services and take on a pivotal role in supporting both Accor Hotels and Non-Accor Partners. Youll be at the heart of commercial relationships across Central Europe helping drive value and procurement success.
What will you do
- You own the commercial relationship with our Accor- & Non-Accor Hotel partners focused particularly on key stakeholders such as top management within hotels and partners hotel owners asset managers and hotel GMs as well as operations
- Drive commercial growth by increasing capture rates through procurement contracts and tailored strategies for each partner
- Act as the first point of contact and representative of the ASTORE procurement team for hotels in the region
- Partner with hotels throughout their full operational lifecycle from pre-opening to brand integration
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for onboarding while prioritizing key topics and opportunities
- Manage key stakeholder relationships (owners top management hotel GMs) and communicate the value of ASTORE services including pricing advantages rebates and quality
Qualifications :
Our ideal profile would be:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience ideally in hotel operations procurement or B2B sales
- Background in hotel management roles (e.g. GM Assistant GM F&B Manager) is a strong asset
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and comfort navigating matrix organizations
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strategic and analytical thinking with a consultative approach to performance optimization
- Fluent in English and German
