Job Description
Were looking for a freelance Product Growth Expert to partner with our team on a short-term high-impact engagement focused on optimizing our author growth funnel from activation to retention and referrals. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a fast-moving cross-functional product team and drive measurable outcomes for a fast-scaling B2B SaaS product.
Qualifications :
- 510 years of experience in growth product management ideally in B2C/consumer or B2B SaaS companies with strong scaling trajectories
- Proven expertise in activation onboarding engagement and retention strategies
- Deep understanding of behavioral design habit formation and user lifecycle frameworks
- Ability to translate B2C growth models into a B2B SaaS context
- Strong communicator with a track record of producing clear strategic deliverables
- Hands-on approach to experimentation and data-driven decision making
- Comfort working in fast-paced cross-functional teams and navigating ambiguity
Deliverables
- Diagnostic review of our current activation retention and referral flows
- Identification of key friction points
- A list of 510 actionable growth opportunities tailored to our product
- A short Growth Opportunities Playbook (in slide or document format) summarizing
- Participation in 12 collaborative sessions or workshops with our product team to share findings and shape next steps
