Job Description

You will lead a dynamic and tight knit team within our Buddina branch based on the Sunshine Coast. Reporting to the Area Manager this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your Occupational Rehabilitation career and lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service delivery in supporting people return to health work and life!

 Key accountabilities include: 

  • Lead coach and support a team of consultants to deliver high quality occupational rehab services
  • Drive team performance in achieving positive RTW outcomes and meeting billable targets
  • Support onboarding training and ongoing development of team members
  • Manage a small caseload with view to reduce this as team grows
  • Overseeing quality assurance file reviews and compliance with service standards
  • Foster a high performing values driven team culture focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry;
  • Tertiary allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Current Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Membership with ASORC
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role preferred;
  • Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
