Job Description
RIA Solutions Group is looking for a talented QA Automation Engineer to join our team increating exceptional software solutions for a global leader in vehicle lifecycle managementcompany headquartered in the US.
Their mission is to empower smarter decision-making for those engaged in vehicle-lifecycle management their teams and their customers. Their AI-enabled technologies apply proprietary algorithms on the most robust collection of vehicle repair performance and telematics data in the industry to deliver actionable insights and streamlined workflows that accelerate businessoutcomes.
The utilized Tech Stack in the development process:
Python Programming Appium Robot Framework Jenkins IOS automation experience(mobile) Rest API Postman.
The approaches we use are based on Scrum/Agile methodologies; we plan revise review anddeploy quarterly demo updates using a Jira Scrum Board and sprints.
Preferred locations: Cluj-Napoca / Braov / Trgu Mure
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated tests: Create and maintain automated test scripts toensure software quality
- Integrate tests into CI/CD: Implement automated tests in the CI/CD pipeline for rapid andreliable software updates
- Analyze test results: Review and report test outcomes to identify defects andimprovements
- Collaborate with teams: Work with developers and QA engineers to create test plansand integrate automated tests
- Perform regression testing: Run automated regression tests to ensure new changesdont affect existing functionalities
- Debug issues: Diagnose and resolve issues during test execution collaborating withdevelopers to fix defects
- Update test scripts: Regularly review and update test scripts to adapt to changes andenhance coverage
- Stay updated: Keep up with the latest industry trends and tools to improve testautomation
- Performing a range of test runs (functional/regression testing etc.) along with tailored performance and security testing to meet project needs
- Creating and maintaining test cases
- Providing clean and concise reports in order to deliver them to the team management and stakeholders
- Reviewing user stories requirements and designs to develop structured test strategiesplans and cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new featuresand improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5 years of Software Testing experience and at least 2 years of experience in QA Automation
- Proficiency in mobile automation testing
- Experience in Python Programming Appium Robot Framework
- Experience in creating test cases using Jira or similar defect tracking tools
- Good knowledge (functional & business) in understanding finance concepts and processes
- Committed to ongoing professional development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative team player
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
