Job Description
This is a full time fixed term contract until 31st March 2026 38 hours per week Monday - Friday.
St Martins has a vacancy for a Support and Integration Team Leader.
The main purpose of the job is to assist the manager in ensuring that there is an effective and coordinated approach to the support and resettlement of the people we support within Homeless Services: Somewhere Safe to Stay Hub Bishopbridge House St Martins House Dibden Road and in the community.
The post holder will provide effective and efficient Case Management to the Floating Support Team to ensure quality of support in line with person centred and trauma informed practice.
We are looking for:
- Someone with the passion and drive to support anyone finding themselves in this situation.
- Evidence of emotional resilience and tenacity to provide support even when faced with resistance.
- Experience of supporting people who have poor mental health addictions or who are ex-offenders.
- Ability and willingness to be flexible.
- Experience of minimal supervision ability to manage time effectively and possess good organisational skills.
- Someone who is assertive and a good communicator both verbally and in writing at all levels.
- Someone with the ability to work methodically with attention to detail and keep good statistics case notes and records.
