TheOrganisational Culture project will undertake a cultural reset across RMIT to re-establish and promote behavioural expectations and values foster inclusivity care collaboration wellbeing and impact. This work will both set clearminimum acceptable standards of behaviour andconduct and facilitate the conditions that will drive RMIT towards our aspired culture. We will optimise engagement and productivity and create an environment where all employees feel safe valued and empowered and embrace their responsibility to drive saferespectful and inclusive primary benefit of this project is to create measurable improvement in RMITs workplace culture of respectand inclusion directly contributing to our strategic goals of employee engagement andmentalwellbeing.
About You
The Manager Organisational Development (OD) plays a key leadership role within RMITs Capability & Employee Experience team driving strategic initiatives that enhance organisational culture and improve the employee experience across the University.
You will lead the design and delivery of data-informed evidence-based programs that support cultural transformation capability uplift and employee engagement. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the University this role is pivotal in translating strategic priorities into impactful OD solutions that foster a high-performance and inclusive workplace culture.
In this role you will provide end-to-end consultancy from discovery and analysis through to implementation and evaluation drawing on best practices in OD change management and human-centred design. You will also partner with internal specialists to lead University-wide projects support employee voice initiatives and drive continuous improvement through innovation and insights.
Were looking for someone who brings a strong background in organisational development with the ability to influence at all levels manage complex initiatives and use data to inform and evaluate outcomes. Experience with platforms like CultureAmp and a passion for building meaningful employee experiences will set you up for success in this role.
