What Youll Do
As a Personal Training Area Manager (PTAM) you will bethe driving force behind personal training operationsin your region. Your role will be ablend of leadership mentorship and strategy ensuring consistency growth and top-tier fitness experiences across multiple clubs.
Lead & Inspire Recruit hire train and developtop-tier personal training managers and coaches.
Drive Sales & Performance Overseepersonal training sales and marketing ensuring monthly goals are met across your assigned locations.
Ensure Excellence Maintain thequality and consistencyof personal training programs across all locations.
Develop & Support Teams Offercoaching and mentorshipto PT staff to elevate their performance.
Problem Solve & Optimize Work closely with club teams toovercome sales challengesand enhance operations.
Stay Hands-On Travel to your assigned locations toevaluate performance refine strategies and foster growth.
What You Bring
A strong background in fitness leadership ABachelors degree in Exercise Science Kinesiology Sports Management or a related field is preferred but equivalent experience is also welcome.
2 years of multi-unit management experience Youve successfully led multiple locations overseeingteams revenue and operations.
Sales-driven mindset Experience ingrowing revenue and hitting sales goalsis a must.
Excellent leadership & communication skills You canmotivate teams problem-solve and drive results.
Passion for fitness You understandindustry trends programming and equipment and know how to translate that into success.
