PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervisor plant employees
Coordinate with all other departments
Prepare and write Operating procedures
Knowledge of Equipment and processes
Meet production goals
Understand specification and how it relates to machine setup and product.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ability to read pressure gauges
Ability to work overtime and shift work as required
Standing up to 12 hours daily
Walking up to 12 hours daily
Ability to read labels on pipe along with specs on paper
Bending/Stooping/Sitting up to 12 hours daily
Repetitive Movement up to 12 hours daily
Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly
Good vision required for safe operation of forklift
Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily
Assist where and when needed as required
Utilize recommended safe work habits and make use of all safety equipment provided
Assist with OJT (On Job Training) employees as needed
Travel less than 10%

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to read write and speak English

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
