The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Procurement Data Systems Analyst to join our In-Service Supply Chain Stability and Initiatives team Seattle Washington!
The Procurement Analysts statement of work includes a variety of Supply Chain functions including but not limited to data analysis management and reporting driving and ensuring completion of critical team action items oversight and facilitation of team meetings collaboration and coordination with internal team and other stakeholders throughout Supply Chain and beyond development of tools to improve team productivity support of the leadership team and additional duties as assigned. Position Responsibilities:
Well versed in Tableau SQL Access Web site and Smartsheet applications to develop tools to improve team productivity.
Application support for the Supplier Electronic Data System (SEDS) including:
User support (internal and external)
Support major system rewrite (requirements definition testing and interface validation conversion implementation and training)
Account Administration support
Development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
Extract analyze and prepare reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.
Develop document and implement processes and systems in support of organizational goals.
Identify and implement improvements to streamline and automate process flows.
Develop interactive and intuitive data visualization tools to present complex data sets in a clear and accessible manner.
Create dashboards that allow stakeholders to easily interpret data trends patterns and insights that can inform business strategies.
Ability to drive completion of critical organization wide action items with flexibility to reprioritize to business needs providing support of the leadership team and additional duties as assigned.
Seeks collaboration and coordination with internal teams and other stakeholders throughout Supply Chain and beyond.
Assess current systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure the new software solution meets organizational needs.
Provide ongoing support to troubleshoot and resolve issues with various applications used within the organization. Analyze error reports and user feedback to identify recurring problems and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with development teams to address software bugs and enhance application performance.
Track record of solving complex problems to increase productivity and reduce rework while working under minimal guidance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Capacity to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and have a positive and flexible attitude.
Experienced in gathering preparing and analyzing technical data for the development of support products.
Work closely building relationships with suppliers to address and resolve any issues related to data requirements. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Communicate regularly with suppliers to track status updates on any changes.
Review data requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Monitor the progress of requirements to ensure they are completed within the suppliers indicated Estimated Completion Dates (ECD).
Report out supplier performance status in regular team meetings.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Bachelors Degree or higher
3 years of experience working with the data analysis
3 years of experience in supply chain management analysis or materials management analysis
3 years of experience in project management
3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word
3 years of experience or certification in SQL Tableau Sharepoint Web Site Access and Smartsheet
Preferred Skills (Desired Experience):
5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3 years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)
3 years of experience in Supply Chain
Comfortable working with suppliers managing accountability and quality of supplier commitments and on time completion and delivery of engineering product data
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
