Job Summary:
We are seeking a Growth Manager to join our Growth department at Real Broker LLC. The Growth Manager will be a vital member of our brokerage responsible for aggregating and managing leads from various sources while facilitating daily meetings with agents and teams. This role demands exceptional organizational and time management skills enabling the candidate to prioritize lead engagement effectively. By employing timely follow-ups and strategic sales approaches the Growth Specialist will help potential recruits understand the benefits of joining REAL ultimately driving growth for the organization.
Duties/Responsibilities
Aggregate leads from diverse sources including online platforms referrals and internal databases.
Schedule and coordinate daily meetings with agents and teams to review leads and discuss follow-up strategies.
Monitor and manage lead flow to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
Track and analyze conversion rates and speed-to-lead metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and agents within our CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation strategies.
Provide feedback and insights to improve processes and boost lead engagement.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to optimize lead management
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proven experience in a sales or growth-oriented role ideally in real estate or technology.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at building relationships.
Demonstrated tenacity and a solution-oriented mindset when facing challenges.
Detail-oriented approach to tasks and responsibilities ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Proficient in CRM systems and other lead management tools.
A passion for real estate and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Education and Experience:
46 years of experience in a sales or growth-focused role within real estate or a combination of real estate and technology is required.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a natural relationship builder.
Demonstrated tenacity and a solution-oriented mindset.
Detail-oriented with a thorough approach to tasks and responsibilities.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other lead management tools.
Passion for real estate and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
