Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesIndividualized Education Program (IEP) Development & Management: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop implement and monitor IEPs that address students academic behavioral and social-emotional Support: Deliver specialized instruction in various settings (pull-out push-in small group one-on-one) tailored to students individual needs utilizing research-based strategies and Monitoring: Regularly assess and document student progress toward IEP goals adjusting instructional strategies as needed to ensure continuous : Work closely with general education teachers paraprofessionals counselors and families to create a cohesive support system for and Social-Emotional Support: Implement positive behavior interventions and social-emotional learning strategies to promote a supportive classroom and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations regarding special education services including timely completion of documentation and participation in required Engagement: Maintain open and regular communication with families involving them in the educational process and supporting their role in their childs development.
