About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedJunior Talent Sourcerto join our growing Team. In this role you will support our recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging top talent across various channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in recruitment and human resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Use various sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn job boards social media Boolean search) to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial outreach to candidates and engage them with compelling messaging.
  • Screen resumes and assess candidate fit based on job requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • 02 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or a related HR role.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Polish (C2) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule which means theres an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
