We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Head to lead our construction projects in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 14 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong educational background with a or B.E in Civil Engineering.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning execution and completion of construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets schedules and resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 14 years of experience in the construction industry.
- or B.E in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in managing the end-to-end construction of IT Campus IT Park or commercial buildings.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
