Job Description
The Clinical Affiliation Coordinator ( CAC ) will manage all aspects of contracting onboarding training submitting payment requests and managing relationships with our extensive portfolio of Clinical Affiliates and Clinical Affiliate Prospects. This position will both generate their own leads and receive leads from the Clinical Relations Veterinarians develop processes and metrics for lead conversion as well. The CAC will manage all parts of the contracting and onboarding including managing all the documentation building and maintaining internal affiliate e-Value sites helping Clinical Sites manage their student marketing profile and Affiliate Availability to students. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of annual CAQA Safety Evaluations as well as ensuring affiliate compliance with all requisite LMU and LMU - CVM requirements. The position will assist in initial and recurrent training and will maintain all required records. Additionally this position will be the database specialists and maintain all the core information in e-Value and/or Elentra as it pertains to students preceptors and Clinical Site contacts.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in life sciences business or marketing Training on developing and delivering training programs
